Up for sale is the 1983 Kenner Star Wars Luke Skywalker Carded. It is one of the more difficult figures of the series to find. The figure itself is a blue saber variant. It is possible the cape is a snap cape.

I cannot tell because the cape is positioned in a way that you cannot see. But I have had previous samples from Japan that were snap cape.

The package is absolutely an amazing shape with no creases. They're literally is no damage to this case fresh piece. The bubble the figure and the card are all fantastic. The only reason why I was told by their collector that it received in 80 plus is 85 is because the gun was off the tape in the bubble.
